Hi all, I have been stitching for a few yrs but always have bought kits. 1st time ever doing a leaflet. Is it more cost effective to purchase thread via store at .20 ea or thru on-line merchants? Any takers? Culi
Thanks for your post.
I'm not really sure what you mean, you can buy thread online using our thread finder to select thread by colour or by DMC code.
We currently only sell DMC stranded cotton, but we may be able to order some other brands if you particularly want them.
You can visit our thread finder here:

Hope that helps.
Thanks,

I think it's better to get it at a store. Sometimes the craft stores have sales where they are 6 for a dollar. I have never tried online though. you might get a bigger varity online...

Thanks for the info Maiitsoh,
Some of the threads required in these leaflets I've never dealt w/before. At least on line I can pull them up and see what I'm looking for. The prices seem higher on-line tho. I think your right, I'll stick to the stores...stitchaway,

Coo really? My local stores must be pricey then as it's cheaper for me to order here. AND it's delivered free :D

Hi
Are you in UK or US?
The threads in US (DMC) are usually cheaper to buy there than they are in Uk
