Hello!
Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 28 and have been stiching for a good 14 years of that. (Still have trouble with French knot, Bloody little _____) I live in Lakewood Colorado, USA. When I'm not stiching, or working (wink wink) I'm writing to my pen pals. Please bear with me, I have terrible spelling problems. (Science majors find little use for correct grammer.)
As you can see, I love to talk, so here I am!

(laughs) That's ok! At least someone is active on this board. It was beginning to look as deserted as my board.
I still have troubles with some of my stuff but i work around it. I guess i really don't know what it is you are refering to. Is it going back in a hole that was already used? Is it that the needle takes a bit of a shove to get it going? If so, that just happens. (Sometimes you have to show it some tuff love and shove it.) And sometimes i miss a color, but i make it up with a color that is near by. True, it's not following the pattern to a T, but that's what makes it yours.
Please do let me know how it goes! Good luck!

So what are you working on now? I have two going at the same time, one at work that is a wolf inside a medicine wheel. And another one at home, on a bigger frame, with a dragon guarding a castle. But don't get me wrong, i do have other hobbies. ;)

Hi Ya
I am working on "Winnie the Pooh Four Seasons" i bet you have done that one all ready as its nice and easy, well acording to my friend who has cross stitch for years. she was the one who got me started as she has done some lovely ones in the past.
I have not done some for a few days as i feel i have to be in the mood for it otherwise i tend to make mistakes and then i give up on it and i dont want that to happen this time.
Have you bought anything from this site yet? just wondering if it good cause it seems to be alot cheaper than in the shops!
Take care and hopefully chat soon!

Nope, I haven't done anything Disney related. There are a lot of patterns out there but I limit myself to ones I like, that way I don't feel like i'm just wasting my time. I'll probally break down and do some of that stuff when I have a child. But not right now anyway. I do like pooh bear, I just have lots of other things i could do.
I have to be in the mood as well, but since I have found places like this and have found friends who like to stich themselves it has "fueled my fire." It has made me want to do more.
No, I haven't bought anything from this site yet.
