Hi

I'm sorry to hear your order has not arrived. You do not say who you are, but do say that you rang and were told it had been dispatched. Unfortunately, we are now in the hands of Royal Mail. Most orders arrive within 48 hours, but we do know that some can take up to 7 working days.

I hope it arrives very soon.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I myself have my own business and I know that most of my orders if sent by Royal Mail are recieved the next again day.

If I do not recieve the kit by tomorrow I would like a full refund as I will have to now go and look for something else.

My name is Miss Savage.

Thank you

Hi! I too have ordered a week ago, and am still to even get the email that shows it has been dispatched. I emailed inquiring about if needles where included in the kit a day or two after ordering online and did recieve a responce, very promptly I might add, that said that the items were on order and would be in the next day.

I am just wondering if there is a problem with the items I had ordered and if I need to choose different ones. Also, I have yet to be told what the delivery charges I will be expected to pay because I am located in Ireland.

I am very anxious to recieve my items being this is the first time I have ever purchased online. If there is any trouble with the delivery please feel free to contact me.

I will also email the customer service area to try to get a few of my questions answered.

Thanking you in advance.

Hi

You don't give your name so I am unable to check the status of your order. Please email me direct and I will be happy to look into this for you.
