i am new to computer chatting but have been x-stitching for about 5 years now. I just love it, and do some almost every day. I am lucky that I can do some in work time, so I got all my christmas stuff done in plenty of time. Hope to talk to someone soon.

Hi i'm new to this too, been cross stitching for seems like ages and have a drawer full of things "i'm going to do" and i just ordered heaps from gamrieclassics.com oops. Not sure what i'll do when i retire, maybe gardening.

hi! glad to hear from you. i am just the same as you for buying more and more kits but fortunately both my daughters stitch so i pass a lot onto them. but then for christmas and birthdays, everyone buys me kits. i am english living here in australia for 21 years, and i buy every english cross-stitch mag i can lay my hands on.finished work yesterday 22nd until 5th jan2004 great!!!!

Hello, I have just discovered this site yesterday, like you I love embriodery and buy heaps of charts, I live in New Zealand across the "ditch" from Aussie. We had 2 weeks in Aug last year in Queensland. I am doing an embroidery for my granddaughter at the moment, but have heaps of other stuff on the go as well

This is the first chat room I've ever tried. My husband is downstairs watching football, its Sunday afternoon and cold and rainy outside. Hi My name is Michelle, I live in Perth Western Australia, I'm new to this site, went looking for pen pals to write to, Im 53 years young, still working, doing night shift 7.15pm to 4am five nights a week, have three kids (24, 22 and 19) all have left home on their own for now. Love doing cross stitching, do small projects at work big ones at home.
