Hi !

My name is Silvana and I'm from Italy. My age is 35 y.o. and I'm married.
I work all day in the office and when I come back home I like to spend my time with things that I love most.
I've got many hobbies, but cross stitch is one of my favourites and now it's about 3 years I enjoy it .
I found this forum just for chance and I felt that there is a good friendly feeling between you all.
So, I would like so much to become a new member of this wonderful team and have a lot of new friends all over the world.
I hope to hear from you all very very soon !

have a good day !

Hello there! I'm glad you found a new addiction...I mean a new place to chat. If you find a good place you'll find it'll drag you away from stitching! LOL!
I'm stuck in an office all day long as well and spend my free time checking out the boards. I hope you like it here!

phfft...
I saw a bumper sticker that says it all I think,
"No one know what I do here until I'm gone." I have work, don't get me wrong, but when All your work is done on a computer (well almost all of it) it's hard for them to see what you do!

I have enev brought some cross-stitch up here to work on. Usually durning lunch. It's small, ATM it's the Griffin from Dragon Dreams Christmyth's series. Have you seen those? I just love mythology.

Anywho... back to work for now!

hello dear !

Here I am again...as I'm being alone in my office for at least one hour...I'm quite happy about it !!!

Well, I spend a lot of time on the computer too and sometimes I get really bored of working with it ! I prefer to use it for everything which is creative or just to have a chat with friends.

Anyway, so you like mythology...I never stitched something like that but I guess it should be quite interesting.Could you make me an exemple please ?

At the moment I'm stitching a lot of Disney patterns because I like them a lot.
I'm making a shoes satchel for my ballet shoes with a very sweet Minnie Mouse dancer on it.

I'd rather be at home stitching now...!!!

I wish you a nice day for now and hope to hear from you soon.

silvana

PS Sorry for my bad english but I try to do my best !!!

OK, I won't say anything about "bad englis" if you don't say anything about my horribel spelling! *laughs8 I think we get the point across.

It's thursday here and I can't wait for the weekend. 16 more working hours to go. I have so much that I could be doing right now! At home I have a TW Dragon I'm working on. But it's really big and requires two different colors (blended) on all of it. I also am working on 2 RR (round robins) and at work, like I said I have the griffin.

The Christmyths can be found here:

a sample can be found here:

under finished picture, I have the "Gaint" posted ATM but out of the 9 that are offered I have 4 finished.

And now I have to think about Christmas. Aurgh.

Well I should be getting back to work.. Talk to you soon!
